You can only win

Thanks to the fast offer generation based on manufacturers information and your garage prices, you will save approximately 20 minutes for the aquisition of each new customer. Additionally, for each order a maintance plan as well as original part numbers are being provided.
What are the requirements to work with Carhelper?
During the registration process, you will be required to enter all your rates to ensure an accurate calculation for the customers' vehicles. Once your prices have been received by Carhelper, all details are being checked internally and your profile is being created. You will be notified immediately as soon as it is validated.
What can I do, if the customer can not be reached?
If a customer can not be reached, please contact our support team. We will be happy to assist you.
How should I proceed as soon as the car is finished?
Once the repair or the service has been completed, please login to your account and indicate the concerned order as "completed". Once the order is marked as "completed", the customer receives an e-mail and an SMS to inform him that his vehicle is ready to be picked up.
Additional work is needed on the vehicle - what to do?
Additional offers may be offered to the customer via our additional quote tool on the platform. Login to your profile, select the associated order in the ""In progress"" category and click on ""additional work"".
After the additional offer has been sent, the customer will be informed by SMS and e-mail and will be able to accept or refuse. We strongly advise you to explain in the comment area why the additional work occured and why it is necessary. You will be informed about the customers decision by e-mail or SMS.
Can I change my profile and prices at any time?
Yes. You will receive a login link by email that will allow you to access your profile. By logging in, you will be able to update garage information, hourly rates and general prices at any time.
How do I receive orders and how can I view them?
When a customer chooses your Garage, Carhelper automatically sends an email to you. Also, you can set up a mobile number to receive SMS notifications for free.
Prices and Payment
How does the customer pay for the work I have done?
As usual the customer pays directly to the garage. Carhelper sends an invoice every month with the commission fee by e-mail. If you wish to receive your invoices by mail, please send an e-mail to [email protected]
How is the offer for the customer being calculated?
The price of the service is defined by our algorithm which combines your hourly rate and all the elements necessary to establish a final price for the customer.
