Should you send a booking request to a garage by accident, please contact our customer support as fast as possible to cancel your request.

Yes, it is possible but almost never happens. It mostly occurs because of the high workload of the garage which results in a refusal as they simply don't have enough time to accept more bookings. If this case should every happen to you, simply choose another garage out of the list provided by Carhelper.

If additional work on your car, which has not been agreed on in advance, should be required, you will receive an sms or e-mail with a quote for the additional costs including a photo of the car part which is affected. You can then confirm or refuse the additional work.

For a few cars it can happen that no suitable plan can be submitted to you. This happends for just a few special car types or older cars for which we don't have enough data. If this case should occur, please contact our customer support.
